  • Key Sharing: Sharing your license key with others is prohibited. Each key is for use by only one user, and any attempts to circumvent this will result in a permanent ban.
  • Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your license key. Any unauthorized use of your key may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

3. Key Resets

  • Key Reset Policy: Key resets are limited and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team. We reserve the right to deny a key reset request at our sole discretion.
  • Request Process: To request a key reset, you must contact our support team and provide all required details. Unauthorized or excessive key reset requests will be flagged for review.

4. Termination

  • Termination of Access: Novacheats.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our software if you violate these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal activities, key sharing, fraud, or tampering with the software.
  • Permanent Ban: Any breach of these Terms will result in a permanent ban from using our services. All sales are final, and no refund will be provided for banned users.

5. Software Discontinuation

Novacheats.io reserves the right to discontinue or cease providing our software at any time, for any reason, without compensation to the user. You understand that we have no obligation to provide updates, patches, or continued access to the software once discontinued.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds except in cases where a technical issue prevents you from using the software and cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team and follow their instructions to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be issued if the issue is unsolvable and you have followed the prescribed troubleshooting steps.
  • Disputes: If you file a chargeback or dispute through your bank, we will provide evidence of the transaction, product delivery, and user activity logs to the bank, and you will be permanently banned from using our services.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent attempts to obtain software or support (e.g., using fake payment information) will result in immediate permanent banning from our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • Warranty Disclaimer: The software is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance, security, or functionality. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will meet all your requirements.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Novacheats.io be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, software malfunction, or any financial loss.
